Founders and product teams count on us for clear communication, sound decisions, and software that delivers.

The edge we needed

Boris is one of the best engineers I’ve worked with. His technical expertise, business understanding, and adaptability helped his team deliver high value and give us an edge in a crowded market. Their custom development services have helped us better serve our clients and grow our business. I can’t recommend Boris and his team highly enough.

Absolute Game-Changers! Priority Soft Delivers

Priority Soft jumped in with a skilled and fast team that hit the ground running. What I loved about Priority was how they perfectly got the tech side AND what the company was trying to achieve business-wise.

The partner who turned SipSkip into a working product

Before Priority Soft, I had spent more than a year and a lot of money and still barely had a beta. Boris made the technical process simple: I could ask for a feature or change and the team got it done. SipSkip is now a fully functioning app helping people skip the line and get drinks faster. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner.

Questions we hear a lot

Answers before you commit.

We have heard these questions in sales calls and client projects for years. Bring anything more specific to the first call.

Read all frequently asked questions
I only have a rough idea. Is that enough to talk?

Yes. Bring the problem, the users you want to help, and any notes or examples you have. We will help you decide what belongs in the first version, identify the risky assumptions, and turn the idea into a plan your team can build.

What happens after the first call?

We review the product, your goals, the target users, and any deadline or budget constraints. If there is a fit, we recommend a next step. For most new products, that means a Product Blueprint Sprint before development starts. If you already have a product or a detailed specification, we may begin with a technical review instead.

What is the Product Blueprint Sprint?

It is a 1 to 2 week planning engagement. We define the product flows, MVP scope, edge cases, technical architecture, data model, integrations, delivery stages, budget range, and timeline. You receive a buildable product plan and a specification-grade prototype. We scope the sprint around your product and include its commercial terms in the proposal.

How do you price a full product build?

We scope each project after we understand the product and the work required. A build engagement reserves a full product team, including strategy, design, engineering, quality assurance, and delivery leadership. The proposal sets out the team, agreed deliverables, schedule, and commercial terms before you commit.

How long will my project take?

The Blueprint Sprint takes 1 to 2 weeks. A full build often takes 2 to 6 months. We confirm the schedule after discovery, then track progress through agreed delivery stages. Fast feedback and access to the people who can approve product decisions help us protect that schedule.

How do you keep me informed during the build?

We run the build through a shared Basecamp project where you can ask questions and see progress, decisions, next steps, and anything awaiting your input. You appoint one point of contact who can make decisions. That person and our delivery lead must attend a weekly project meeting. If a conflict arises, we reschedule it within the same week. Timely feedback and approvals help us keep the build on the agreed schedule.

Will I own the source code and product accounts?

Yes. You own the custom source code and deliverables after you pay the related invoices. We use client-controlled repositories, hosting, app-store accounts, and third-party services wherever possible. You also receive documentation and a handoff package, so another qualified team can operate the product if you choose to move it.

What support do I get after launch?

Every full build includes 30 days of launch support. We fix defects in the agreed scope, help with launch-day issues, and hold a post-launch review. New features and product changes sit outside the warranty. You can keep the same team through a separately scoped Growth Retainer.

Ready to build what matters?

Let's talk about your project. No pressure or commitment, just a useful first conversation about what you're building.
